Neat and huge rooms with all amenities including saftey locker, good services. Central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen TV in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a comfy bed. The hotel itself was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for our holiday in Muscat, and there was even a lovely coffee shop at the back of the hotel. The staff were friendly and the environment was pleasant. We highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a great hotel experience.

I liked the stay here. The place was good standard and modern, with its affable staff at the reception desk. The location was perfect and magnificent, at a medium distance from Oman Avenues Mall.

The service was efficient with parking close to the property. Beautifully decorated and brand-new room, the bed was comfortable. The staff were professional in the entire hotel. Its location was handy and best possible, on everythings in the buffet, and in a good area.

Everything was simply brand-new. The room we had was impressive and neat with three couches and a TV and huge shower. Besides, the location was favourable for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Muscat Grand Mall. The restaurant was nice for lunch and dinner and for every budget.

I had a fantastic stay at a newly opened hotel in Muscat. The rooms were spotless and everything was brand new. The staff were very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and malls nearby. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the cafe had a lively atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel surely has potential but is completely mis managed. If I were the owner, I would fire the whole management staff who spends most of their time at the buffets and replace them with professionals. To name just a few points: - if you call the hotel for directions they first don't pick up, then pick up but don't talk and finally not pick up at all - roomservice is available but no menu in the hotel. You have to call for it but the room phone does not mention what number to dial. It is just "a phone". I "guessed" the number zero would be reception and they helped me on. It takes then 15 minutes and 2 more calls to get the menu. - emergency lighting in the room ketp on going off the whole night - a choice of 4 cussions but all were the same : hard and too big so I woke up with a painfull neck

Good bright atmosphere. Rooms were very classy and well designed. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Only problem was wifi not available in rooms. we had to come to the lobby every time to connect internet.

i had to pay for each day parking the car at the hotel, but is a public place where anybody can park. not sure why a hotel guest needs to pay a fee.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Muscat and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the hotel's central location in the city center. The staff were friendly and the service was attentive, making me feel well taken care of during my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, with a large bathroom that had all the basic amenities I needed. Additionally, I was impressed with the attention to detail, such as the panoramic views of the city and mountains from certain rooms.
